THREADNEXA / RESOURCES
A clear scope. A considered price.
Compare project requirements, then prepare your artwork for a design-specific quote.
What to include for an accurate project quote
| Service | What shapes the price | Quote requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Logo & left-chest digitizing | Detail, finished size and lettering | Artwork, garment and dimensions |
| Caps & 3D puff | Cap construction and raised areas | Cap style, size and puff requirements |
| Jacket-back digitizing | Coverage, complexity and sequencing | Artwork, fabric and finished dimensions |
| Vector artwork | Redraw complexity and output specifications | Source artwork and printer requirements |
| Custom patches | Material, size, quantity, backing and delivery | Complete patch specifications and destination |
Every quote is specific to the artwork.
Fixed prices and a payment checkout have not been published on this website. Confirm the total price, delivery schedule and any revision or shipping charges before authorizing work.
UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE
What can change
the project total?
A new finished size
Resizing can require review of lettering, coverage and detail. Identify all sizes when requesting the quote rather than adding them after approval.
A different production method
Flat embroidery, puff, appliqué, vector artwork and physical patches involve different preparation. Specify each requested output.
Physical patch requirements
A patch project can include material, backing, quantity, sampling and delivery considerations. Keep these separate from a digitizing-only request.
Your quote confirmation checklist
- Approved artwork version, finished dimensions and application.
- Digital file formats or physical product specifications.
- Total price and any separately quoted delivery or revision charges.
- Sample or proof requirements and the person who can approve them.
- Agreed deadline, payment terms and applicable cancellation or refund conditions.
Reference website prices are not ThreadNexa prices. A project-specific quote must confirm the actual terms for your work.
