Specify your required format with your artwork.
Before you approve the project
Confirm the finished size, placement, material, file formats, revision scope and delivery schedule in writing. For patches, also confirm quantity, border, backing and shipping destination.
When your file is ready
Review the design at its actual size and run a sample on the intended fabric. Machine setup, stabilizer and thread can affect the result, so approve a physical sample before starting a full production batch.

Identify the current artwork version and avoid conflicting screenshots or older logos. Provide exact wording separately if anything in the image is hard to read.
Separate each application
If you need the design on a polo and a cap, list the size and requirements for each. The same artwork can need a different production plan.

Use a marked image and a clear written note. Distinguish a correction from a new size, garment, layout or design direction.
